Overall value and additional comments:

• Kind of dry, but good chopped up and mixed with rice or couscous and vegetables.
• Good way to get protein&omega 3’s while in the field
• The packaged tuna is lighter and packs better than canned fish. Canned fish also contains bisphenol A, an estrogen mimic that can leach out of the epoxy resins that line cans.
You can find some flavors and similar procucts with less sodium content. You can also find salmon steaks which are higher in omega 3 fatty acids.

Suggested Uses:
• Serve with rice, couscous, quinoa, amaranth, millet or pasta and vegetables.
• Chop up and mix with a dressing or sauce and eat with crackers, a wrap or in a bagel.
